The development of the potential is a priority task of the Poltava Association of Consumer Societies

The management of the Union of Consumer Societies "Consumer Union of Poltava Region" is not the first year implementing the strategy of staff development of the regional union, initiated by an experienced manager, a person with a leading life and professional position, the head of the Consumer Union Vladimir Kidinym. Systematic training courses, training on the development of professional and personal skills, development of "team qualities", expansion of managerial tools - this is not a complete list of directions of staff development of the SCS "Consumer Union of Poltava region". It is also noteworthy that such measures are aimed not only at the management corps, but also on all employees.

− Every employee is a very important, valuable element of our system. The unity of the team is dictated by the command principle of the organization of our regional organization. Only powerful, strong teams can realize ambitious and unrealistic production tasks and be competitive. We, the team of the Poltava regional union, is a team of like-minded people committed to the team work of true patriots of their cause, "Vladimir Volodymyr summarizes.

Within the framework of the personnel development strategy, the Union of Consumer Societies "Consumer Union of the Poltava Region" cooperates with the Ukupoil Union University "Poltava University of Economics and Trade" - a high school that trains professionals in accordance with international educational standards, specialists of the new generation of leaders in the field of economics, management, law , information technologies and hotel-restaurant area.

A permanent trainer and mentor for the development of professional and personal qualities is the Director of the PUET Leadership Training and Research Institute Svetlana Nestulya - an experienced teacher, manager, business coach. It has over 200 professional trainings and master classes, thousands of grateful participants and positive reviews.

In October of this year, S. Nestula conducted another training "Emotional Intelligence (EQ) − an instrument of productive relations and social success" for the heads of district consumer unions of the Poltava Association of Consumer Societies. The urgency of this topic is dictated by the growing need for emotional intelligence as one of the key competencies for the leader of a modern enterprise. The EQ is an overriding, socially-oriented component of management activity, based on a leadership position with distinct elements of empathy.

The participants of the training had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with important elements, peculiarities of development, key characteristics and with simple and accessible ways of developing their own emotional intelligence as a strategic managerial professional competence. The high interest of the participants in the training shows the most important thing - the desire to learn, to improve, to maintain a high level of effective management traditions of consumer co-operation in Ukraine.
